We want you and your pet to be happy with every order. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it
You'll need your order number or proof of purchase
Some items cannot be returned, including opened consumables (e.g. treats, filters) and items marked as final sale

To start a return, contact us athunterhooten78@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We'll send you instructions on where to send your item.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We'll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — no need to return the damaged item unless we ask.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

We currently don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size, color, or product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

Return shipping

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Order cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 6 hours of purchase. After that window, your order may have already been processed with our supplier and cannot be cancelled — but you're still covered by the return policy above once it arrives.
