Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your order and location. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — any active offer will be shown at checkout.

Order tracking

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us at hootenhunter78@gmail.com and we'll help track it down or send a replacement.

International orders

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country. These are not included in your order total.
